Check card prices on Whatnot while the timer runs.
TCG Scanner sits on top of your Whatnot stream, recognizes the card being shown and gives you its market price per condition in seconds. You see whether the bid is a steal or a trap before you tap.
A 15-second timer is not enough to look up a price
A card comes up, the timer starts and chat goes wild. To check its value you would have to find the card, the right set and the right condition on another site, and by then the auction is over.
So most buyers guess. And on a live stream, prices are often pushed up by hype, not by what the card actually sells for.
The price appears next to the stream
TCG Scanner reads your screen. When a card is shown, a small floating overlay shows its name, set and market price for every condition, from Near Mint to Damaged, based on TCGplayer market data.
You compare the current bid with what the card is worth, and decide in time.
Three steps, no extra tabs
Open Whatnot on your PC
Watch the stream in your browser the way you already do. Nothing to connect, no login to share.
See the price per condition
The overlay recognizes the card and shows its value for NM, LP, MP, HP and Damaged next to the current bid.
Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Lorcana
Whatever is on the table, the same overlay prices it. Pokémon is first in the December beta and all five games are live at launch in January 2027.
Not only Whatnot: because TCG Scanner reads your screen, it works the same way on eBay Live, TikTok Live and any other stream you watch on your PC.
Lock in the Founding Member price
The pre-sale runs until 30 November 2026. Your subscription only starts when the app launches in January 2027.
Does TCG Scanner connect to my Whatnot, eBay or TikTok account?
No. It never logs in to a platform, places bids or touches your account. It only looks at the stream that is already on your own screen, like a second pair of eyes. You stay responsible for following the rules of the platform you buy on.
Does it work in the Whatnot app on my phone?
The live scanner runs on your Windows PC: open the Whatnot stream in your browser and the overlay does the rest. The iOS and Android apps, launching in January 2027, give you your collection and prices on the go.
Which games can I check on Whatnot?
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Disney Lorcana, all five live at launch in January 2027.
